User Management ▶ Modify, Delete Family Permission

You can modify or delete the access level of users .

(1) Modify user access level

① Press the [User Management] button at the bottom of the door lock main screen.

② After entering the Family Management screen ( the Family tab is selected as the default ), press the [Edit] (pencil shape icon button) on the right side to modify access level.

③ Now you can modify the access level.You can change the access level of user.

1. Admin (owner access level): You can invite or delete other users.You also have permission to change the configuration of the door lock.

2. Family: Open doors only! You can not manage other users, but you can open the door at any time.

3. Recurring Guest: Open only at set times! For those people who should have temporary access time.

If you press the [Pause] (Ⅱ) button on the right side of the user name, you can temporarily stop the corresonding user’s usage of the door lock.

④ User access level has been modified.


(2) Delete User

① Press the [User Management] button at the bottom of the door lock main screen.

② After entering the user management screen ( Family tab is selected as the default ), click [Delete] (trash can icon button) on the right side to delete a user.

③ An alert window will pop up asking if you want to delete the user. If you really want to delete the user , press the [Continue] button.

④ The user has been deleted.

  1. How many family members, recurring Guest and 1 time password guest can I store for a single door locks?

    • There is no limit for adding Family members and recurring Guests. However, you can only generate one OTP (One-Time Password) per 3 minutes unless you use it.

  2. How come i couldn’t delete a lock from the apps? It states failed to delete lock
